Prime Minister Stephen Harper is moderating a panel discussion with aid experts to address the issue of maternal, newborn and child health in the post-2015 development agenda, on the final day of the Canadian government's global health summit in Toronto.

He is joined by World Bank chief Jim Yong Kim, Tanzanian President Jakaya M. Kikwete, Plan Canada's Rosemary McCarney, World Health Organization director-general Margaret Chan, and Dr. Rajiv Shah of the United States Agency for International Development.
