The Windsor Essex County Health Unit has confirmed another human case of West Nile virus.
That brings the number to three so far this year, two men and one woman.
So far, none has needed hospitalization, and there have been no complications.
The patients are being treated and monitored.
The number of human cases is down this season.
This time last year, 22 poeple in the region were diagnosed with West Nile.
